PAN India Shipping

Menthome provides PAN India shipping to serviceable locations.

Free shipping may be available on most eligible orders. However, special logistics charges may apply to oversized products, remote locations, bulk orders or installations requiring specialized handling.

Where additional shipping charges are applicable, they will be communicated accordingly.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided wherever available.

Open Box Delivery

Always make a continuous opening/unboxing video when receiving the product.

The video should ideally begin before the package is opened and clearly show the packaging and product condition.

Damage Reporting

Please inspect the product immediately after delivery.

Any transit damage should be reported to Menthome within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.

7-Day Replacement Policy

Menthome offers a 7-day replacement policy for eligible products that are received damaged or defective.

You have 7 days after receiving the item to request an eligible replacement.

Please note that replacement requests are primarily accepted for products confirmed to be:

• Incorrectly supplied
• Materially different from the confirmed order specification

Returns or refunds for change of mind, personal preference or reasons unrelated to an eligible defect/damage may not be accommodated.

Replacement Eligibility

Transit damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with appropriate photo/video evidence.

Customized & Made-to-Order Products

Because customized partition panels are manufactured specifically according to customer-selected dimensions, colours, finishes and configurations, custom-made and personalized products are generally not eligible for standard return or exchange.

However, eligible manufacturing defects, transit damage or significant discrepancies from the confirmed order specifications will be evaluated according to Menthome's applicable policy.

Cancellation Policy

Made-to-order products are specially manufactured according to the customer's confirmed specifications.

Orders may generally be requested for cancellation within 24 hours of purchase, subject to production status.

For eligible orders exceeding ₹10,000, where non-refundable payment gateway and administrative costs have already been incurred, a cancellation charge of up to 5% may apply.

Once production has started, cancellation may be subject to manufacturing costs.

If a made-to-order product has already been dispatched or the shipment is refused by the customer, applicable deductions may include:

• Up to 25% cancellation charges
• Forward shipping charges
• RTO (Return to Origin) charges
• Other applicable logistics expenses

For COD orders, if the advance payment is lower than applicable cancellation and logistics charges, the balance may need to be settled before cancellation can be processed.

Return to Origin (RTO)

If a shipment is returned because of circumstances attributable to the customer, including:

• Incorrect shipping address
• Incomplete address
• Recipient unavailable
• Refusal to accept delivery
• Failure to respond to courier attempts
• Other customer-related delivery issues
