Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

General Policy

At Menthome, each piece is handcrafted with care. Due to the nature of our products and our made-to-order model, we operate on a no return and refund policy.

Exception: Damaged Product on Arrival

We will accept a return or exchange only if:

  • The product is received damaged; and
  • The issue is reported to us within 48 hours of delivery, along with images and/or video evidence sent to care@menthome.in

No request will be accepted if 48 hours have passed from the time of delivery.


Eligibility for Return/Exchange

To be eligible, the product must:

  • Be unused
  • Be returned in its original packaging
  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase
  • Contain all original tags, labels, barcodes, manuals, and accessories

Return Options

If your return request is approved, you may choose from the following two options:

Option 1: Self-Ship

  • Share the courier receipt via email for reimbursement.
  • Prior intimation must be sent to care@menthome.in.

Option 2: Menthome Pickup

  • We will email you a return shipping label.
  • Print and attach it securely to the package.
  • Our logistics partner will arrange pickup.

📌 Note: Return services and exchanges are applicable only on home décor products. Furniture and made-to-order pieces are non-returnable.


Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only accepted in the following cases:

  1. Wrong item delivered
  2. Manufacturing defect
  3. Product received damaged

All exchanges must be requested within 72 hours of delivery at care@menthome.in. Items must be unused and returned in the same condition and packaging as delivered.


Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement by writing to care@menthome.in.
  • Orders placed during sales, special promotions, or discount days are non-cancellable.
  • Orders for made-to-order and furniture products cannot be cancelled once processing has begun.

Refunds (If Applicable)

If a refund is approved, it will be processed as per the below:

  • Refunds will be initiated after receiving the returned item at our warehouse.
  • The quality control team will inspect the product within 2–3 business days.
  • Refunds will be initiated via NEFT, cash, or to the original payment method within 7–8 business days.
  • Processing and/or shipping charges may be deducted, based on the case.

Transit Damage & Breakages

If your product arrives damaged:

  • Send clear images or videos of the damaged item and packaging to care@menthome.in
  • Retain all original packaging including foam/cushioning for safe return transit

Return Process

  1. Email us at care@menthome.in within the stipulated time.
  2. We will respond within 2–3 business days with next steps.
  3. Upon approval, reverse pickup will be arranged within 2–3 business days.
  4. Product will be delivered to our warehouse in 7–10 days.
  5. Exchange or refund (if applicable) will be initiated within 2–3 business days after quality check.

Important Return Conditions

  • Products must include all original packaging, tags, barcodes, manuals, warranty cards, and shipping labels.
  • The product must be in original, unused condition.
  • Menthome reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
