Transit Damage & Issues

7-Day Replacement Policy

You have 7 days after receiving your order to request a replacement where the product is confirmed to be:

Transit damage should be reported within 24 hours of receiving the shipment with appropriate photographic and video evidence.

Eligible manufacturing defects, transit damage or significant discrepancies from confirmed specifications will be assessed according to Menthome's applicable policy.

Cancellation Policy

Made-to-order furniture is specially produced according to individual requirements.

Orders may generally be requested for cancellation within 24 hours of purchase, subject to production status.

For eligible orders exceeding ₹10,000, where payment gateway and administrative costs have already been incurred, a cancellation/processing charge of up to 5% may apply.

Once production has started, cancellation may be subject to applicable manufacturing costs.

If the product has already been dispatched or delivery is refused by the customer, applicable deductions may include:

• Up to 25% cancellation charges
• Forward transportation charges
• RTO charges
• Other applicable logistics costs

Return to Origin (RTO)

If an order is returned because of customer-related circumstances such as:

• Incorrect/incomplete address
• Recipient unavailability
• Refusal to accept delivery

the customer may be responsible for applicable forward shipping, RTO and re-dispatch charges.
