7-Day Replacement Policy

Menthome offers a 7-day replacement policy for eligible damaged or defective products.

Customers have 7 days after receiving the product to request an eligible replacement where the item is confirmed to be:

• Materially different from the confirmed specifications

Transit damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with appropriate photographic/video evidence.

Returns or refunds solely due to change of mind, personal preference or reasons unrelated to an eligible defect or damage may not be accepted.

Customized & Made-to-Order Products

Custom-size furniture, custom upholstery, special wood finishes and personalized products are manufactured specifically according to the customer's confirmed requirements.

Such customized products are generally not eligible for standard return or exchange.

Eligible manufacturing defects, transit damage or significant discrepancies from confirmed specifications will be evaluated according to Menthome's applicable policy.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may generally be requested for cancellation within 24 hours of purchase, subject to production status.

For eligible orders above ₹10,000, where non-refundable payment gateway and administrative costs have already been incurred, a cancellation/processing charge of up to 5% may apply.

Once production begins, customized or made-to-order furniture cancellations may be subject to applicable manufacturing costs.

If an order has already been dispatched or delivery is refused by the customer, applicable deductions may include:

• Up to 25% cancellation charges
• Forward shipping charges
• RTO (Return to Origin) charges
• Other applicable logistics costs

Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved and applicable, it will generally be processed within 7–10 working days after approval.

The time required for funds to appear in the customer's account may additionally depend on the bank or payment provider.
