Estimated Delivery

Remote-location delivery and customs processing may require additional time. International duties, taxes and import charges, where applicable, are payable according to the destination country’s regulations unless specifically included in the quotation.

Packaging

Every table is carefully packed using protective wrapping, foam cushioning, reinforced corner protection and export-quality outer packaging. International and bulk orders may be supplied in wooden or reinforced export packaging where required.

Warranty

The product includes a 3-month limited manufacturing warranty covering structural manufacturing defects under normal residential use.

The warranty does not cover:

• Accidental damage or misuse
• Scratches, stains or impact damage
• Damage caused by water, excessive moisture or harsh chemicals
• Natural shell and handmade variations
• Normal wear and ageing of the brass finish
• Damage caused by improper handling, storage or installation
• Commercial misuse unless separately agreed

Warranty support is subject to inspection and the original invoice or order confirmation.

Quality Guarantee

Every Menthome product undergoes a quality inspection before dispatch. We guarantee that the supplied product will correspond to the approved design, colour, dimensions and specifications, subject to reasonable handmade and natural-material variations.

For customised products, slight variations in shell tone, resin colour and pattern placement may occur because each piece is made entirely by hand.

Transit-Damage Protection

Please inspect the package immediately upon delivery. If the product arrives damaged:

1. Record a clear, continuous package-opening video.
2. Photograph the outer packaging, shipping label and damaged area.
3. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

After verification, Menthome will arrange the appropriate repair, replacement part or replacement product according to the nature of the damage. Transit claims without packaging photographs or an unboxing video may be difficult to approve.

Returns and Exchanges

• Standard ready-stock products may be eligible for return according to the applicable return policy.
• Made-to-order, customised, personalised and specially sized products are generally not returnable or exchangeable.
• An order cannot be cancelled once customised production has started.
• Products damaged in transit remain covered under the transit-damage procedure.

• Clean gently with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth.
• Immediately wipe away spills.
• Do not use abrasive cleaners, bleach or strong chemicals.
• Avoid placing extremely hot objects directly on the inlay surface.
• Use coasters, trays and protective mats for hot or wet items.
• Keep away from prolonged direct sunlight and excessive moisture.
• Do not drag the table while repositioning it.
• Lift and fold the brass stand carefully.
• The removable tray should be lifted using both handles.
• Periodically tighten visible hardware if required.
