Production & Dispatch

As many Menthome furniture pieces involve careful finishing and production, dispatch timelines may vary depending on customization and order volume.

Standard Tables & Chairs: Typically dispatched within 10–14 business days.

Made-to-Order / Customized Products: Please allow approximately 3–4 weeks for dispatch, depending on the level of customization.

Bulk & Project Orders: Production and dispatch timelines will be communicated according to quantity and specifications.

While we always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, timelines may occasionally vary due to production requirements, material availability, finishing processes or logistics conditions.

Shipping Policy

Nationwide Shipping

Menthome provides shipping across serviceable locations in India. Free nationwide shipping is available on most eligible orders, subject to product size, location and applicable shipping conditions.

For unusually large products, remote delivery locations, customized orders or special logistics requirements, additional charges may apply. Any applicable charges will be communicated before order confirmation wherever possible.

Delivery Timeline

Once dispatched, delivery time depends on the destination, product dimensions and logistics partner.

Furniture deliveries may generally take approximately 10–20 business days from the shipping date, particularly for large or heavy products.

Remote locations may require additional transit time.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, available tracking information will be shared so that you can follow the shipment's progress.

Open Box Delivery

Open Box Delivery may not be available for furniture shipments because many logistics partners do not currently support this facility.

Customers should inspect the external packaging at the time of delivery and immediately document any visible damage.

We strongly recommend recording a continuous opening/unboxing video when receiving the product.

This evidence is important when reporting transit damage.

Transit Damage

Any damage caused during transportation must be reported to Menthome within 24 hours of receiving the product, together with clear photographs and an unboxing video.

Claims reported after this period may not be eligible for replacement.

Return to Origin (RTO) & Re-shipping

If an order is returned to origin because of circumstances attributable to the customer—including an incorrect/incomplete address, recipient unavailability, refusal to accept delivery, failure to respond to courier attempts or similar reasons—the customer may be responsible for applicable shipping, RTO and re-dispatch charges.

Replacement & Refund Policy

Menthome offers a 7-day replacement policy for eligible damaged or defective products.

Customers have 7 days after receiving an order to request a replacement when the item is confirmed to be damaged or defective.

Please note that replacement requests are accepted specifically for eligible damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied products.

Returns or refunds requested due to change of mind, personal preference or reasons unrelated to an eligible defect/damage may not be accepted.

For an eligible replacement, the product must remain:

• Unused
• In the condition in which it was received
• With its original packaging
• With original tags/accessories, where applicable
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Transit damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photographs and an opening/unboxing video.

Please inspect your furniture immediately after delivery.

Products Not Generally Eligible for Return/Replacement

Subject to applicable law and Menthome's final assessment, certain categories may not qualify for standard returns, including:

• Custom-made furniture
• Customized-size tables
• Personalized products
• Special-order products
• Products manufactured specifically according to customer requirements
• Made-to-order wall art or décor
• Perishable goods

Customized products may only qualify for corrective action where there is an eligible manufacturing defect, damage or material discrepancy from the confirmed order specifications.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Within 24 Hours

Orders may generally be requested for cancellation within 24 hours of placement, subject to production status.

For eligible orders above ₹10,000, where non-refundable payment gateway or administrative charges have already been incurred, a cancellation/processing charge of up to 5% may apply.

Where applicable, the remaining eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Made-to-Order & Customized Furniture

Customized and made-to-order furniture is manufactured specifically according to the customer's confirmed requirements.

Once production has begun, cancellation may not be possible without applicable production costs.

If an order has already been dispatched or a customer refuses delivery, applicable deductions may include:

• Up to 25% cancellation charges
• Forward transportation charges
• Return-to-Origin (RTO) charges
• Other applicable logistics expenses

For COD orders involving an advance payment, if applicable cancellation and logistics charges exceed the advance amount already paid, the remaining amount may need to be settled before cancellation is processed.

Refund Processing

Where a refund has been approved and is applicable, it will generally be processed within 7–10 working days after the return/cancellation has been reviewed and approved.

The actual time for the amount to appear in your account may additionally depend on your bank, card provider or payment gateway.

Products returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Exchanges

Where an exchange is approved, Menthome will provide instructions based on the individual order.

For eligible exchanges involving products valued above ₹20,000, one-way replacement shipping charges may need to be borne by the customer where the exchange is not related to an eligible manufacturing defect or transit damage.
