PRODUCTION AND DISPATCH

PACKAGING AND DELIVERY
The unit will be securely packed with protective wrapping, foam, corner protection and a reinforced wooden crate where required. Domestic and international delivery can be arranged. Shipping charges depend on the destination, size, weight and selected delivery service.
Customers must check doorway, staircase and lift measurements before ordering. Customs duties, import taxes and destination charges may apply to international orders.
WARRANTY
Warranty applies only to eligible manufacturing or structural defects for the period confirmed on the invoice. It does not cover accidental damage, misuse, scratches, moisture, heat, harsh chemicals, natural material variations, unauthorized repairs or damage caused while moving the unit.
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
Customized and made-to-order products cannot normally be returned, exchanged or cancelled after production begins. Natural variations in Mother of Pearl, resin tone and handcrafted finishing are not considered defects.
DAMAGED DELIVERY
Inspect the packaging before opening and record a complete unpacking video. Any transit damage must be reported within the period stated on the invoice, along with photographs, video and original packaging.
